Hands-on Engineering Manager leading a small team of 3 engineers on data-intensive systems that power hotel pricing and revenue decisions at scale.

Job Responsibility

"Responsibilities: • Lead 3 engineers building data systems for pricing product • Ensure system design, scalability and operational reliability • Partner with Product Manager on roadmap and technical approach • Stay hands-on with modern data tooling Requirements: • Experience leading small engineering teams while remaining hands-on • Strong system design and reliability skills • Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Dagster or similar is a strong plus • Fully remote within listed European countries • Optional offices in Mannheim, Berlin or Sydney"
