The video editor is responsible for reviewing raw audio and visual footage and using computer software to assemble clips into a cohesive, finished project that matches a director's or client's vision

Job Responsibility

Footage Assembly: Review raw footage, select the best takes, and digitally splice or arrange clips into a logical rough cut. Audio and Visual Enhancement: Synchronize audio, adjust lighting, color-grade footage, and insert music, sound effects, or voice-overs. Effects and Graphics: Add titles, motion graphics, animations, or special effects to enhance the narrative. Collaboration: Meet with directors, producers, or clients to discuss project requirements, incorporate feedback, and refine the final cut
