Product Manager – Financial Systems – Paystack Location: Nigeria (Hybrid) Type: Full-time About the role The Financial Systems team builds the products behind settlements, merchant payouts, refunds, disputes, treasury flows and ledger products. You will help shape and improve this work across Paystack’s markets.

Job Responsibility

Key responsibilities • Discover problems through merchant conversations, data and operational incidents • Map money-movement flows end to end and identify failure points • Shape and specify improvements across settlements, payouts, refunds and disputes • Partner with Engineering, Design, Finance, Treasury, Support and Compliance • Define success measures and iterate after launch Requirements • At least 3 years of product management experience taking products from discovery to launch and iteration • Experience building or operating payment / money-movement / financial infrastructure products • Strong systems thinking and clear written communication • Ability to work closely with engineers on technical products
