Professional Services Engineer for EMEA. Deliver GitLab solutions for enterprise customers: installation, configuration, training, documentation and migration plans. Work with customer environments and support successful adoption of GitLab.

Job Responsibility

"Responsibilities: • Install and configure GitLab solutions in customer environments • Provide technical training (remote and/or on-site) • Produce implementation, maintenance and migration documentation • Develop and implement VCS and data migration plans • Create and maintain delivery artifacts and templates • Support SOW delivery for professional services engagements Requirements: • Experience with configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Puppet, Chef) • Professional exposure to AWS, GCP or Azure • Proficient English (written and verbal) for remote async work • Experience using, deploying or configuring GitLab preferred • Self-motivated and self-managing • Ability to thrive in a fully remote organisation • ~20% travel may be required"
