The Quality Engineering team builds the infrastructure, tooling and automated coverage that lets engineering teams ship quickly without compromising reliability across API, Dashboard, mobile and POS channels.

Job Responsibility

"Key responsibilities • Own quality and test automation strategy across the platform • Set standards for test architecture, frameworks and test data • Lead, mentor and coach QA and automation engineers • Align team goals with engineering roadmap and report on coverage and pipeline health • Partner with product and engineering to embed testing earlier Requirements • Extensive experience with modern test automation (web, mobile, APIs) • Track record driving QA/automation strategy at scale • Experience leading and growing QA teams • Strong communication and judgement on where testing effort adds most value • Ideally experience in payments/fintech or high-reliability systems"
