Senior IT Engineer – Paystack Location: Nigeria (Hybrid) Type: Full-time About the role Join the IT Operations team that manages identity, endpoint, network and access infrastructure for 300+ employees and 100+ outsourced agents across six offices. The environment is highly automated and operates under PCI-DSS and ISO 27001.

Job Responsibility

Key responsibilities • Drive identity management (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, phishing-resistant auth) • Maintain lifecycle automation (joiner/mover/leaver) • Manage macOS fleet and device trust • Maintain global networks across six locations • Support Zero Trust Network Access migration • Treat infrastructure as code (Terraform, Git, Python/Bash) • Handle complex escalations Requirements • 5+ years in infrastructure or systems engineering • Real depth in at least two of: Identity & Access, Endpoint Management, Network Engineering, Infrastructure as Code • Experience operating under multiple compliance frameworks preferred
