"Key responsibilities • Design scalable IAM and access-management systems • Establish secure-by-default cloud standards and automated controls • Strengthen security across secrets, networks, containers and supply chain • Translate regulatory requirements into practical infrastructure controls • Set technical direction and standards for Platform Security Requirements • Deep hands-on experience securing AWS at scale (multi-account, org policies) • Ability to design access-control systems that stay secure as the company grows • Write defensive code and build security tooling yourself • Breadth across IAM, secrets, networks, containers and supply chain • Experience in regulated environments and compliance automation"
