Oversee performance and operations of a designated group (cluster) of Moniepoint Service Centres — cost control, customer experience, growth support and talent development.

Job Responsibility

"Key responsibilities • Cost control: manage cluster admin budgets (facilities, security, CIT, utilities) • Growth support: dashboards for wait times, footfall, success rates; regional P&L reporting • Customer experience: NPS / CSAT; feed product feedback to HQ; drive digital channel adoption • People: mentor branch / service-centre managers; vendor governance Requirements • Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration or Operations Management • 5+ years in banking operations with at least 3 years managing multiple branches or sites (Area / Cluster Manager level) • Bank operations background required • Strong people leadership and commercial awareness"
