Design and run Moniepoint’s debt collection framework. Minimise Loss Given Default (LGD) across business and consumer lending — from early soft collections through legal recovery for both digital retail and large-ticket corporate books.

Job Responsibility

"Key responsibilities • Design segmented collection framework by product, ticket size and delinquency stage (soft collections → hard collections → legal recovery) • Organisation design, hiring and performance management of the collections function • Collections systems, dashboards, dialers and operational tooling • Legal recovery strategy and engagement with regulators and law enforcement • Incentive and KPI design for the recovery network Requirements • Significant experience leading debt collections or recoveries in banking / fintech / lending • Experience covering both retail/digital and larger corporate books preferred • Strong operational design and people-leadership skills"
