Senior Accounting Analyst – Paystack Location: Nigeria (Hybrid) Type: Full-time About the role Help build a world-class financial reporting and control function across Nigeria and expansion markets. Own accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial reporting while building scalable processes that support rapid growth.

Job Responsibility

"Key responsibilities • Own monthly management accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet) across Nigeria and expansion entities • Drive month-end close process and continuous improvement of close efficiency • Lead balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances • Oversee bank statement validation and cash reporting • Prepare intercompany schedules and group reporting • Lead audit preparation and act as primary contact for auditors • Provide financial insights and variance analysis Requirements • 5+ years in accounting, finance or commercial finance • Strong financial reporting knowledge (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow) • Experience managing month-end close in a fast-paced environment • Experience with ERP systems (particularly Oracle ERP Cloud preferred) • Advanced Excel; strong attention to detail and stakeholder management"
