Head of Finance, MFB – Paystack Location: Nigeria (Hybrid) Type: Full-time About the role Own the financial health, reporting and regulatory standing of Paystack Microfinance Bank (CBN-licensed). You will run the bank’s finance function end to end: accounting, treasury, prudential reporting, tax, budgeting and financial control.

Job Responsibility

Key responsibilities • Monthly/quarterly/annual close and IFRS financial statements • All CBN and NDIC returns and examinations • Daily liquidity, capital adequacy and prudential monitoring • Treasury and investment of surplus funds • Board and Audit/Risk committee reporting • Build and lead a small finance team Requirements • 10+ years in finance, with at least 4 years in a senior role at a CBN-licensed bank or MFB • Full professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) and FRC registration • Hands-on experience with CBN/NDIC returns and examinations • Strong IFRS knowledge (especially IFRS 9) • Clean regulatory record (CBN fit-and-proper)
