Job Responsibility

"Key responsibilities • Own technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards platform • Improve performance, reliability and depth of the existing cashback product • Build the platform for multi-geography expansion • Partner with Product on Rewards metrics and OKRs • Lead and grow the engineering organisation Requirements • Direct-to-consumer product engineering experience at scale • Fluency in experimentation and A/B testing • Depth in front-end and mobile engineering (not purely backend) • Experience leading engineering managers and growing teams"
