JOB SUMMARY

0ur Client, one of the foremost NGO of trade and investment is looking to engage an innovative, exceptional, experienced, outspoken hardworking personnel as Director-Programs and Corporate Servicesof the Company with responsibility for general administration, programmes implementation, and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for developing concrete vision, goals, and objectives.
• Responsible for leading organizational decision-making
• Manage all aspects of the Step-Up program and grow revenue.
• Managing the organization within the policy guidelines set by the chamber.
• Oversee Associates, Coordinators, and various department
• Maintain only exemplary relationships with corporate partners.
• Negotiate partnership parameters and oversee the contracting process.
• Overseeing the planning, delivery, monitoring, and measurement of impact of the organization’s services to members
• Advocate and lead the enhancement of the chamber's image and its role in the region's development at national, regional, and international forums.
• Explore opportunities to develop new partnerships and secure new resources to address members' development priorities
• Lead continuous improvement and reform across the chamber to maximize the efficiency, coordination, and effectiveness of its work and service delivery
• Set annual objectives for the chamber and its executive management team and be accountable for the results achieved.
• Oversee the chamber's regulations, rules, policies, associated procedures, and systems.
• Oversee the implementation of corporate-wide systems for performance management, monitoring, and evaluation to enable assessment of the chamber's services, and results and outcomes achieved at regional and national level.

QUALIFICATION/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• M.sc/MBA/Ph.D. with a minimum of 10 years of cognate experience
• Team Player - Proven ability to work successfully cross-functionally, collaborating with corporate partners.
• A comprehensive understanding of Managerial roles
• Candidate must write excellently & be able to speak in public regularly.
• Should reside on the Island.
• Age range: 40-50 years
