By purchasing any product or service from BudRace.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Unless otherwise stated, the following services are non-refundable once purchased:
Standard job postings
Featured job listings
Employer branding packages
Resume access or CV database subscriptions
Promotional services (e.g., homepage banners, email marketing)
These services are considered digital and consumable upon delivery.
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same service.
System error: The purchased service was not delivered due to a verified technical issue on BudRace.com.
Service unavailability: You paid for a service that is temporarily or permanently unavailable.
Unauthorized transaction: A confirmed fraudulent or unauthorized transaction (subject to investigation).
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase by email at billing@budrace.com. Include the following information:
Full name and account email
Invoice or transaction reference number
Reason for refund request
Refund requests submitted after 7 days may not be considered.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
BudRace.com is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended or permanently banned. We encourage users to reach out to resolve billing issues amicably.
BudRace.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue any paid service at any time. In such cases, if a user has made advance payment for an affected service, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
