  • The Junior Sales Executive will support the sales team by engaging prospective clients, promoting travel packages, and following up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to grow in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in selecting suitable travel packages and services based on their needs and budget
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Attend regular training to stay updated on product knowledge and travel industry trends

Qualifications & Skills

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (experience in the travel industry is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must reside within the city.

Salary

100,000 - 110,000 NGN
