Kitchen Assistants

10 Eleven Restaurants & Lounge is hiring Kitchen Assistants to support our chefs and kitchen team in delivering top-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas and equipment

Ensure ingredients and supplies are properly stored and organized

Support chefs during meal service with prep and plating

Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required

Willingness to learn and take direction

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
