Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor and manage front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain consistency in product quality and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety codes.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff.
  • Schedule shifts, manage labor costs, and evaluate employee performance.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional growth.

Customer Experience:

  • Deliver excellent guest service; address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and hospitality.

Financial & Inventory Management:

  • Assist with budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
  • Control food, beverage, and labor costs to meet profitability goals.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor relations.

Marketing & Sales:

  • Collaborate with marketing to support promotions, events, and community engagement.
  • Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly to increase revenue.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-casual or full-service restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L management, and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
