Build world-class financial reporting and control across Nigeria and expansion markets. Own accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial reporting; scalable processes for growth. Own end-to-end financial reporting lifecycle, complex reconciliations, banking/treasury issues and audit readiness. Reports to Finance Leadership. Full-time Nigeria.

Job Responsibility

"Responsibilities: • Own monthly management accounts across Nigeria and expansion entities (P&L and Balance Sheet) • Drive month-end close (BD timelines); improve close efficiency • Lead balance sheet reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances • Manage complex bank, intercompany and operational reconciliations • Oversee bank statement validation and issue resolution across banking partners • Support audit readiness and internal controls Requirements: • 10+ years in accounting, finance or commercial finance with senior management and team leadership experience • Strong financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow) • Proven month-end close in fast-paced environments • ERP experience, particularly Oracle ERP Cloud • Advanced Excel; strong analytical and stakeholder skills • Ability to manage multiple entities under tight deadlines"
