Plastics Production Supervisor

Job Overview: Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor who is experienced in managing machine operators and helping them fulfil the requirements, such as increasing productivity and manufacturing quality

Products; as per quality policy.

Key Tasks:

• Allocation of Machine operators effectively on machine, supervising frequently all over machine working hours
• Follow the machine output monitoring and Solve the machine line problems such as processing and molds related if it’s not in control to take prime responsible to inform production executive
• Responsible to control the mold change over time and planning change over time as instructed by productive executive
• Make sure the quality of product as per the QA during mold change and monitoring during machine running time
• Responsible for monitoring the machine cycle time as per the machine calibration report which is taken daily.

Key Requirements:

• OND/HND/Bachelor Degree in any field
• Working Knowledge of manufacturing process preferably within plastic production sector
• Relevant trainings and certifications
• Excellent manufacturing skills, and handle the pressure in a positive manner.
• Passionate about work, energetic and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with Production Executive
