Role Overview:

As a Relationship Executive, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Understand client needs and work with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns.

Provide regular updates and performance reports.

3-5 years of experience in client relationship management or account management (fintech or banking experience preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
