Job Summary
The Civil Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, ensuring all projects comply with regulatory and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site construction activities, verifying work matches approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage structural works.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, site staff, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow.
• Interpret architectural and structural plans for accurate on‑site execution.
• Select and adapt construction methods.
• Enforce quality control, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
• Monitor material usage and collaborate with procurement/logistics to secure timely deliveries.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Maintain comprehensive site records: daily reports, material logs, and attendance sheets.
• Contribute practical insights to project planning, scheduling, and risk assessments.
• Attend site meetings and deliver clear technical progress updates to management.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in building construction or real estate development.
• Proficiency in reading and implementing structural and architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with multiple construction techniques and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team‑coordination abilities.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project management tools, and engineering standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other engineering software.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
