Conduct thorough consultations with spa clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, preferences, and goals.
Assess clients' medical histories and current health conditions to determine the suitability of aesthetic treatments.
Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic procedures offered by the spa, including but not limited to facial injectables, laser therapies, IV infusion and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Ensure a comfortable and safe environment for clients during all procedures.
Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their aesthetic goals and individual skin types.
Provide recommendations for at-home skincare regimens to enhance treatment outcomes.
Educate clients on the benefits, potential risks, and expected outcomes of aesthetic treatments.
Offer post-treatment care instructions and provide ongoing support for client inquiries.
Collaborate with other spa professionals, including estheticians and massage therapists, to create comprehensive wellness experiences for clients.
Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine and skincare.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, maintaining professionalism, and delivering exceptional service.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
Certification or training in aesthetic nursing.
Experience in performing a variety of aesthetic procedures, with a focus on spa-related treatments.
Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and skincare regimens.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
