Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in a boarding school environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary health care and emotional support to boarding students.
  • Administer prescribed medication and monitor students' health status.
  • Supervise daily routines, meal times, bedtime schedules, and hygiene standards in the hostel.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the hostels at all times.
  • Maintain accurate student medical and behavioral records.
  • Collaborate with the school clinic, parents, counselors, and academic staff on student care.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students, promoting personal and social development.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals when needed.
  • Manage and train hostel staff to ensure high-quality care and discipline.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse/Midwife or B.Sc. in Nursing/Public Health
  • Certification in First Aid or Emergency Response is an advantage
  • Proven experience in managing student welfare in a boarding school

250,000 - 270,000 NGN
