You’ll work closely with the Business Systems Manager and wider teams to support, improve and maintain our internal systems and processes. This role doesn’t require programming experience, but a technical mindset and a willingness to understand how systems work is essential. You’ll play a key part in enhancing user experience, documenting business processes and supporting the rollout of system updates and improvements.

This is a cross-functional role where you’ll engage with multiple departments, identify opportunities for better ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement across our systems landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Daily System Operations – Assist in monitoring and maintaining business systems and help resolve user-reported issues.
  • Process Documentation – Create and maintain clear documentation of workflows and system usage guides.
  • Requirements Gathering – Liaise with internal teams to capture their needs and help translate them into actionable system changes.
  • Testing & QA – Support testing of new features and system updates; provide user feedback and identify potential issues.
  • Project Support – Track progress of small projects, assist in managing project documentation, and help communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth adoption of systems and share best practices.
  • Support System Integrations – Work alongside the technical team to help ensure systems are well connected (no coding required, but a basic understanding is helpful).

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated candidates who bring a mix of curiosity, reliability and technical interest. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Some experience or educational background in business systems, IT, operations, or a similar field
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Good organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in how systems work and how processes can be improved
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, or similar (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to pick up new tools and technologies quickly

Desirable (Not Essential, but a Plus)

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • An understanding of APIs, data flows, or system integration concepts
  • Experience writing business documentation or process maps
