Product Designer (UI/UX)

We’re looking for a full-time Product Designer to lead the design of our end-to-end SaaS product. You’ll be joining a fast-moving, engineering-driven team as the first and only designer, and will own the entire user experience and UI of our platform across four distinct user types:

• Therapists – practice owners who manage care
• Technicians – implement therapy plans in-home
• Parents – view updates, book sessions, make payments
• Admins – internal staff managing backend operations

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Rebuild the UI/UX for our entire platform from the ground up, working in phases
• Lead the redesign using our new design system
• Transition from a functional Google Material UI + React base to a fully reimagined interface
• Create an elegant PLG (product-led growth) experience across user types
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ship pixel-perfect, high-impact experiences
• Design and implement a new product line from scratch

Who You Need to Be:

• 3–5+ years of experience designing SaaS products with multiple user roles
• Strong chops in UI/UX, product thinking, and user flow design
• Skilled in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript (you won’t code, but you can speak engineer)
• Experience designing in systems like Figma with a strong eye for detail
• Prior work in product-led growth or consumer-grade enterprise tools is a plus
• Self-starter who can own the full design lifecycle with no hand-holding
